Wow, I'm glad I went to terms and conditions and copied and pasted this into a search bar,
I clicked BBB then clicked complaints, chose the highest count of complaints which was 47,
then there you go.
Always good to do your research people.
And remember the BBB site isn't the only site you can go to.
I'll update this post after I research the other major businesses like BBB,
like CONSUMER REPORTS etc.
